The Waggon & Horses is one of the oldest pubs in Halesowen town. The ale house itself dates back to 1830, when William Jones applied for a license to sell Beer & Cider in accordance with the 1830 Duke Of Wellington Beer House Act, paying the sum of 2 Guineas (£2.10p)!

Today, though license fees have risen, the Waggon remains as it was always intended – an important social hub – with a large selection of quality real ales, Belgian beers & ciders.

We also offer a large selection of Lyme Bay Wines, malt whiskeys and bar snacks.
